If you've requested a one-time access code but haven't received it, try these troubleshooting steps:
Use Google Chrome and clear your browsing history - Cached data or cookies can interfere with the login process. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve this issue.
Double-check that your email address matches exactly what you used for booking - Pay special attention to spelling, extra spaces, and the correct domain (gmail.com vs gmail.co.uk).
Check your spam/junk folder - Our system emails sometimes land in spam filters. If you find our email there, mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future messages reach your inbox.
