Sky Lagoon

The Sky Lagoon is the only geothermal spa in the Reykjavík capital area. Overlooking the calm waters of the Skerjafjörður Bay, the infinity lagoon appears to merge with the sea. The effect is even more vivid at sunset.

The lagoonside architecture is inspired by traditional Icelandic turf houses found around the country. Moss-covered rock faces will shelter you as you unwind in water heated by the Earth’s natural forces.

At the Sky Lagoon, you have a number of bathing experiences to choose from. Relax in the main lagoon, refresh yourself in the cold lagoon, or lay back in the steam room and sauna. There’s even an in-lagoon bar.

The Sky Lagoon is located on the Kársnes peninsula in the town of Kópavogur, a short drive or bus ride from downtown Reykjavík.
