Hop aboard a specially modified super jeep that will whisk you from the icy shores of Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon towards Vatnajökull, Europe’s largest glacier. Once you reach the edge of the glacier, you’ll set off on a 20–30 minute hike to a magnificently blue ice cave.
Your experienced guide will provide you with all the necessary safety gear to enjoy the bright turquoise ice cave, which has formed under the glacier surface.
As the caves melt and reform each year, they are constantly shifting location and their appearance varies each time. This means you’re seeing something brand new and ever-changing!
Check-in is no later than 15 minutes before the tour starts.
